What is a week long training seminar class normally like? ?

I’m attending an ASQ Lead Auditor class in Ft Lauderdale next week and I’ve never been to a training class for work before. I’m wondering what it will be like. The schedule says that we are in "class" from 7:30-6ish everyday. Do they provide meals? Do we get breaks? Do I have to do everything with the people in my class? Is there any fun/downtime?

Classes are usually boring. But you will have fun. There is always someone funny in a class like this (adults can be silly). Yes, you will have breaks. I am sure the person setting up these classes can tell you about lunches – if they are provided or if you must pay for your own. You always have after class to meet with fellow class mates and have fun.
