Do R.E.O training seminars help to acquire R.E.O. listings?

I thought about signing up for a seminar. The cost is around $400. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was worth doing these seminars.
People, please understand the question before responding. I am a Realtor, and obviously this was mostly intended for other Realtors who have gone through this training.
LOL!!
It is not that hard to figure out.
All they do is help you waste 400 bucks.

REO, Real Estate Owned, in other words properties now owned by the bank.
Here’s the scoop. Banks want, no need, to sell these properties. They can’t carry them on their books and must sell them. They also cannot engage in even the appearance of favoritism so the listings have to be made public.
So where do banks list their REO properties? With realtors just like everyone else so the property is listed in the Multi-List with maximum exposure.
So why would someone want to pay $400 for what a realtor will do for them for free?
