Are there any good job in the business sector that provide training programs for 6-24 months for recent grads?

I recently graduated with a Bachelors in Business/Finance and I’m looking for a job in which I can grow. Preferrably one that has a training program. I have heard of these jobs before, but have trouble finding them. Does anyone have any advice? And how easy is it to get these jobs?
Try the federal government; perhaps the IRS. Most federal governmental jobs have upward mobility. For example, a person could begin working as a clerical with Social Security and work themselves up to the Commissioner if they want it badly enough.
