What school provide free TEFL training courses in Manila or if possible in Pampanga?

I am planning to work abroad as an English teacher. I am a 4-year degree holder and I need money to support my family. Please help me. I need info about TEFL training school which provide free if not low price (P4000-P6000) course with quality training that will definitely hone my skills and will make me very competitive. Thanks in advance=)
Well you won’t find anywhere that will do it for free. However, if you’re looking for the most economical way to get TEFL qualified then you should check out online courses. The ICAL course, for example, is 265 USD and is very well regarded (see http://icalweb.com).
