Global Leadership Fellows academic week in Geneva and leadership week at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. The Global Leadership Fellows work with world’s leading academics and experts. The classroom training is delivered by London Business School, University of Pennsylvania, INSEAD, and Columbia University.
The leader within is a week long programme during the 1st year of the Fellowship, taking place at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. The Fellows learn to coach and are coached, learn about techniques that allow them to better understand self, using various tools, including several 360 degree feedbacks. Further covered topics include: Irrational behavior in organizations; the role of emotional intelligence in decision making; the clinical paradigm in organizational analysis; relationship between personality, leadership style and corporate culture; leadership in a global world: cross-cultural dimensions of leadership and others. Business of Sport: The last few years have been hard on professional cycling. The sport has been tainted by drug scandals, and Deutsche Telecom even pulled its sponsorship of the T-Mobile team in 2007, because of cyclings association with drugs. However, a new team has risen from the ashes of T-Mobile, and in a sport dominated by Europeans, its owned by an American multimillionaire whos determined to do things a little differently.
