Why is my computer restarting everytime i start Microsoft Train Simulator?

So i have an:AMD Athlon 1.5 ghz processor 256 mb RAM (acttualy it reads only 240 MB RAM),16 MB Video Card Windos XP i have 1.75 GB free space on hard "C" and 5.35 GB free space on Hard Drive "D" so i it meetsall the requirements if you look on the internet(it only needs 64 mb RAM or more for Windos XP 8 MB Video card,and about 400 -500 MHZ and 1.5 GB free Hard Drive Space but you can look on the internet to see) I installed The game In My D folder (D:\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator) and when i finished the instalation i started the game i press "Accept" at licsense Agreement and then my computer restarts so i see black and then it restarts!!! WHY? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

check to see if there is a patch for the game and make sure you have the most up to date driver for your gfx card.

    You may need to update your video drivers and check to make sure you have the required DirectX 7.0a or later compatible 4 MB video card capable of 800 x 600 resolution in 32K colors.
