What is the best training manual for Microsoft Office 2007?

I am looking at a couple of books online 2007 MOS Inside and Out or 2007 MOS Step by Step, anyone have any advice on this?

I have used a couple of the step by step books and they are very good.
You might want to go to a bookstore or library and see what they have and then look online to see if you can get the book cheaper
Also check out microsoft for free tutorials – The sourse link is to a microsoft page of 26 free 30-60 minute tutorials on word 2007
