There are too many shady management training programs. Are there quality ones you can recommend?
not enterprise, or Sherwin-Williams etc…
Rob Willingham’s "The Customer" is a good employee training program… i’m not sure about management though, but at my old job…. everyone including management took it… it was good

I don’t know if I will be much help, I went through that same problem last year. I finally ended up getting a trainee job in insurance which I suprising really enjoy. Anyways I just wanted to say that enterprise isn’t all that bad. I had a few friends who worked their for a little over a year and have moved on to good jobs. You will get a lot of overall experience there. I know the job wouldn’t be to fun I also interviewed there and had to shadow an employee for a few hours. If I didn’t get offered this job I would have taken it, it is after all experience and the pay is ok for just graduating about $33000 where I live. If nothing else comes up I would try it. One of my friends who worked there now works at Nationwide and another is a Pharmaceutical Rep. It’s also a good way to meet people my friend who got hired at Nationwide got the job because a big wig at Nationwide came in weekly to rent a car and she always waited on him and he found out she was looking for another job and hired her. There are a lot of things to consider. Email me if you have any questions.
