Where can I find people with strong leadership skills to train to work from home?
I already advertise on craiglist and monster.com with decent results, but I need some innovative ideas. Please do not suggest places that are filled with get rich quick schemes as my company is a solid company, registered with the US Chamber of Commerce, National Health Alliance, Dental Association and Direct Sellers Association. I am NOT looking for people who want something for nothing, but motivated people who want to be trained for a career with benefits, great opportunities for advancement and unlimited earning potential.
Someone emailed me and asked me why I did not list my company, I would hate to get accused of spam, so please contact me if you want that information and I will be happy to give it.

I suggest you try Magnetic Sponsoring. It’s a full course that teaches you how to find leaders and like minded people.

First, identify the kinds of people who are likely to a) have strong leadership skills and b) want to train and work from home and c) are interested in the kind of work you have to offer.
This may not be easy, but before you promote this opportunity you need to decide which population to target. A good place to look for clues is in the people you have successfully hired. Find out what got their attention and see if there is a pattern among them.
If you can’t figure it out, remember you may not get innovative ideas "for nothing." If this is important to you, be prepared to pay someone.
