		<description>If what you are saying is that the agency makes 1500 per hour and you make 500 per hour then I would say that is a pretty great percentage.  To make 1/3 of what your employer makes an hour is very, very good.  Most sales people make 2-3% of what there company makes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
