Explain the need for training in Mass communication?

I don’t think there is a need. Communicating to the masses is easy. They have low expectations, since boredom is their natural state. People need to be trained in person-to-person communications. That’s the tough part, being engaged with and engaging to one. Let’s all work on that.

    You need to speak and write well. Be able to express yourself at ease, and be able to ask many interesting questions too.
