No. There are no such training programs in North America where they will train you from scratch (called ab-initio training). There are a few ab-initio programs in other countries but you would need to be a citizen. Once you have all your pilot certificates and ratings many flight schools offer an "airline prep course" or "jet transition course" but none can or will guarantee you a job. There is no "free lunch", as the saying goes.

I’m in San Diego and I’d like to find an online paralegal program. I have my high school diploma and 18 college credits but no degree and it seems most paralegal program require degrees to even begin them. My goal is to acquire basic knowledge and skills needed to get an entry level position as a paralegal as quickly as reasonably possible. Programs that take no longer than one year and offer job placement as well would be great. Thanks.

As I know, this site has top listing of such college courses online – schools.iblogger.org

Of course if you are a biker or swimmer this is not cross training, and weight lifting or plyometrics are also used by most athletes.

I need this answer for a project please. all i need is a summary.

You really needed to name the Olympic Sport and whether it is Winter or Summer. With winter Olympic sports there are a large number of cross training opportunities during the summer so you may want to focus on a winter sport such as downhill skiing.

I raced for Canada in downhill for 8 years and during the summer we would be running down huge sand dunes (steep) and have poles placed on the sane that we treated as gates. That built incredible stamina. You also have the weights and many types of cardio from running to build stamina, including long and short sprints and skating out on the highway up to the summit 3,000 feet higher in altitude and running up and down mountains during the summer. Even soemthing as simple as sitting against a wall is used to build strength and endurance. Olympic athletes have been doing that exercise since the 1950’s. We had a couple world champions stay at our house when i was a kid and i learner a lot from them. Nowadays there are many more different ways to crosstrain and get ready for the racing season on snow. We even used to practice running gates during the Summer and some used to go to Portillo, Chile during out summer (their Winter) to get practice in. I hope that some of this will help you.
