is it ok to be paid Rs 500 per hr for giving a 6 hr training prgram to post grad management students in delhi?

doing this training for an agency. agency paying me only 500 per hr, while it is getting 1500 per hr.. is this the going rate for trainers or is the agency fleecing me??

If what you are saying is that the agency makes 1500 per hour and you make 500 per hour then I would say that is a pretty great percentage. To make 1/3 of what your employer makes an hour is very, very good. Most sales people make 2-3% of what there company makes.

What training is required to do HR job in a company?

February 20, 2010 - 8:13 am 1 Comment

I find many people are asked for HR job. Is there any course to be done? If yes can it be done in Bangalore as correspondence?

With Internet, many courses are available as correspondence courses. More importantly is that you are asking the wrong question. You should get yourself assessed for suitability not whether there are abundant vacancies. You are setting yourself up for unhappiness and disappointment if you do not have either the "talents" and/or the passion for the job.
