I am thinking of joining Zarantech for Business Analyst training. Any Comments?

February 6, 2011 - 11:38 pm 4 Comments

i inquired from sulekha and found this company zarantech offering business analyst training. i was just wondering as to how it is and if anyone would like to add their comments about it. the course content seems good and the program is good too. any help is much appreciated.

I agree with the above comments. The only disagreement i have is the price. Since i am a student they could have given me a break in the cost of the training. But trainer Faraaz was very good and immensely knowledgeable. His communication skill was excellent. sometimes he tends to go a fast but its ok i guess.
One more thing i would like to add is if zarantech used more real-time examples in their assignments that will do wonders. Faraaz did give lot of assignments and case studies but i think it was overall good. Their placement is slow, it took me 2 months to get placed through them but could have been faster. The best thing of all is that they have started my H1-B processing so i guess i cannot complain. They pay on time and i have never missed one payment salary. I am hoping they will continue and not change anything.

how to attract more professionals to my corporate training business?

December 26, 2010 - 7:43 am 1 Comment

I run Professional training programme. Any one please tell me how to get enrolled in my programme and get good business.

I run my own business and based on that here are some suggestions;

- get a good website to advertise what you do
- list your offer in all the relevant directories eg http://www.learnpipe.co.uk/ (there is a US version too)
- Get out and network – tell people what you do
- Get out and do talks
-Publish articles

Marketing your business is hard work but business won’t just come to you.

What can I incorporate into my CPR training business to create a second or additional income?

December 2, 2010 - 7:42 am 3 Comments

I teach CPR and First-Aid. I am looking for ideas on what I might be able to incorporate into my business to generate a second income or additional income along with my classes; another type of class I might be able to teach, or a product I might be able to sell. I appreciate your answers.

My company offers online CPR and First Aid training and certification. We are always looking for knowledgeable instructors who would like to earn extra income by becoming skill evaluators for us. This means that we would list you on our website and send our students your way to verify that they are able to perform the necessary hands-on skills before we certify them. You collect a fee from the student for this check-off, which usually takes less than 20 minutes since they have already learned the cognitive portion online.

We are also working on a more fully integrated system for instructors to teach our CPR / First Aid courses and make money through both classroom and online training. Let me know if you are interested and we would be happy to set up a phone call or webinar to talk more.

Topic for business training presentation?

November 10, 2010 - 9:16 am 2 Comments

I need help coming up with a topic for a business training presentation project. Some examples of previous projects are:

Setting up a new bank account – for new tellers

Setting a table – for new banquet waiters

Taking and setting up to go orders – for new waiters

Wrapping gifts – for new employees at bed bath and beyond

The goal is to think of a job that would need training and to give a PORTION of that training.

I would do a call center operator job (like suicide hotlines, auto claim insurance, ems, etc.) you can find a ton of manuals online and if you are creating a mock training program it could be sections like answering the phone, how to get and enter info, how to properly fwd the call etc. Good luck!

Companies have devised a variety of MLM compensation plans over the decades. * Stairstep Breakaway plans This type of plan is characterized as having representatives who are responsible for both personal and group sales volumes. Volume is created by recruiting and by retailing product. Various discounts or rebates may be paid to group leaders and a group leader can be any representative with one or more downline recruits. Once predefined personal and/or group volumes are achieved, a representative moves up a commission level. This continues until the representative’s sales volume reaches the top commission level and “breaks away” from their upline. From that point on, the new group is no longer considered part of his upline’s group and the multi-level compensation aspect ceases. The original upline usually continues to be compensated through override commissions and other incentives. * Unilevel plans This type of plan is often considered the simplest of compensation plans. Uni-Level plans pay commissions primarily based on the number of levels a recipient is from the original representative who is purchasing the product. Commissions are not based on title or rank achieved. By qualifying with a minimum sales requirement, representatives earn unlimited commissions on a limited number of levels of downline recruited representatives. * Matrix plans This type of plan is similar to a Uni-Level plan, except there is also a limited number of representatives who can be placed on the first level. Recruits beyond the maximum number of first level positions allowed are automatically placed in other downline (lower level) positions. Matrix plans often have a maximum width and depth. When all positions in a representative’s downline matrix are filled (maximum width and depth is reached for all participants in a matrix), a new matrix may be started. Like Uni-Level plans, representatives in a matrix earn unlimited commissions on limited levels of volume with minimal sales quotas. * Binary plans: A binary plan is a multilevel marketing compensation plan which allows distributors to have only two front-line distributors. If a distributor sponsors more than two distributors, the excess are placed at levels below the sponsoring distributor’s front-line. This “spillover” is one of the most attractive features to new distributors since they need only sponsor two distributors to participate in the compensation plan. The primary limitation is that distributors must “balance” their two downline legs to receive commissions. Balancing legs typically requires that the number of sales from one downline leg constitute no more than a specified percentage of the distributor’s total sales. [15] * Hybrid plans are compensation plans that are constructed using elements of more than one type of compensation plan. * ACN Inc. * Agel (MLM company) * Alticor * Amsoil * Amway Global, also known as Quixtar * Avon Products * BioPerformance * Cobra Group * Dynamic Essentials (Company dissolved in 2003) * Deutsche Vermögensberatung * Equinox International * Excel Communications * ENG * Forever Living Products * Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing * Freelife * Fuel Freedom International * Fund America, Inc. * Herbalife * Holiday Magic (Company dissolved in 1974) * Juice Plus * Kleeneze * LifeVantage * Mannatech * Mary Kay * Mini IQ * MonaVie * National Safety Associates * Neways * Nu Skin Enterprises * Omegatrend * Oriflame * Pre-paid_legal_services * Quest International * RMP * Sahara Care House * Shaklee Corporation * Stream Energy * Success University * Sunrider International * Tahitian Noni International * Telecom Plus * Trump Network * United Sciences of America, Inc. Social media: Participatory online media where news, photos, videos, and podcasts are made public via social media websites through submission. Normally accompanied with a voting process to make media items become “popular”.[citation needed]

Social Media Expanded Definition: Social Media is the democratization of information, transforming people from content readers into content publishers. It is the shift from a broadcast mechanism to a many-to-many model, rooted in conversations between authors, people, and peers.

Social media uses the wisdom of crowds to connect information in a collaborative manner. Social media can take many different forms, including Internet forums, message boards, weblogs, wikis, podcasts, pictures and video. Technologies such as blogs, picture-sharing, vlogs, wall-postings, email, instant messaging, music-sharing, group creation and voice over IP, to name a few. Examples of social media applications are Google (reference, social networking), Wikipedia (reference), MySpace (social networking), Facebook(social networking), Last.fm (personal music), YouTube (social networking and video sharing), Second Life (virtual reality), and Flickr (photo sharing).

Is my Diploma (in Finance) from systematic business training centre from Malaysia recognised in Singapore?

June 29, 2010 - 7:39 am 1 Comment

I’ve planned to work in Singapore, is my diploma recorgnised in Singapore?
My working experience : I’ve 6 years in Banking line as Finance excutive + 14 years as Finance (including Treasury as well) & Admin manager in construction company.
Base on the above qualification and working experiences, can I get a job easily in Singapore? If I would like to apply PR, what is the chances for me?

I’m sure your qualification & experience will be relevant & recognised though some employers might request specific knowledge of the local system, which might differ from other countries.

As for the success rates of applying for PR, the immigrant office will be in the best position to answer your questions.:)

Business Opportunity – Recession Proof Dog Training

June 27, 2010 - 1:34 am 1 Comment

http://franchise.sitmeanssit.com Jim Closson from Sit Means Sit in Boise, Idaho answers our question of the day which has to do with trainers that are interested in getting into our Sit Means Sit dog training franchise, but already have an existing dog training business. Jim was exactly in that position also. The pet and dog related business opportunities are great recession proof businesses.

Obviously, the chances of beating the recession are much higher in a business where you can walk in and have immediate google exposure, and the advantage of having a lot of others that are together not only mass marketing, but a support group as well that you can throw ideas off of and regional and national training seminars that keep our dog training clearly above the rest in every capacity.

There is also constant training on social media and other things, and Sit Means Sit dog training franchise business also understands the value of video marketing because when you have a great product, you certainly want to show it off.

Not having all of these things at your disposal a long with the best dog training system out there, and after all, dog training is our product, would make it harder for someone to succeed without all of these tools and strength in numbers
