dba, corporation, llc???? not sure, it will be a small business with just me as the only employee right now.
You want to establish a limited liability company (LLC), A sole proprietorship will expose you to personal liability if someone gets injured following your advice. A sole member LLC is taxed like a proprietorship.
A corporation is more regulated and has tax issues.

At the moment you are a sole trader – as long as you have public liability insurance you should be ok. Mind you, I am based in Australia and I am not sure which country your questions applies to.

Why not try and buy an existing franchise. This way, you will gain experience and not go through the trouble of opening something from the ground up. They will train you in every aspect of business!
