I am seeking advanced classroom training in Microsoft Excel to prepare for the MS Office Specialist Certification test but am only available during the evenings and weekends due to working 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Can anyone advise of options available to me in the metro Atlanta area? Extensive internet searches have yet been unsuccessful.

Go to www.certiport.com and find a Microsoft trainer/organization who can help.

Otherwise, purchase a copy of Certiprep Excel 2007 which is a trial exam licensed for one year, so you can resit it as many times as you wish.This will help prepare you for the real exam and you can find this on the Certiport site as well.

You can also go to www.microsoft.com/elearning where you will find courses from beginners to advanced stages Office 2007 and 2010.

don’t have alot of money, but being older and not having the options of learning it in school, is kinda rough. Got to get a handle on this microsoft XP and the help is no serious guide to training.

I need help coming up with a topic for a business training presentation project. Some examples of previous projects are:

Setting up a new bank account – for new tellers

Setting a table – for new banquet waiters

Taking and setting up to go orders – for new waiters

Wrapping gifts – for new employees at bed bath and beyond

The goal is to think of a job that would need training and to give a PORTION of that training.

I would do a call center operator job (like suicide hotlines, auto claim insurance, ems, etc.) you can find a ton of manuals online and if you are creating a mock training program it could be sections like answering the phone, how to get and enter info, how to properly fwd the call etc. Good luck!

I’m interested in getting some expert instruction in developing with the Google Web Toolkit. Does anyone know of certified courses for this? Preferably online. Looking for something taught by a knowledgeable and professional staff. I’ve already bought some books and used online tutorials, etc…

how long does it take for their commercial pilots extensive training courses? is it true that PIlots on training are not allowed to go outside the aviation zone?

BA will employ pilots that have a JAR UK licence. provided you go to a training provider that can provide this licence type, then any UK airline will employ you. best to go to a UK provider though, as you will be used to flying in UK airspace and within UK laws, which employers find better. pilots that have trained to FAA (US) standards, then converted to JAR EU/UK licence normally find it harder to get jobs compared to UK trained pilots (apparently). Also, Australia uses CASA, which you will need to convert, unless they have authorised JAA schools.

I want to make a career in SAP FICO module especially. How do I enter the field? I am ready to learn it at home with the help of online material and self study. What are the resources online?
I really don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on training courses.

Then download the manuals searching by their codes either via:

or Rapidshare or those search engines will take you to them.

It helps if you know basic book keeping but don’t need to be a fully qualified accountant to learn FICO.

But Overall you learn far more on a project than studying SAP
