To build a successful brand, a company needs a good communicator to build its brand from inside out. It should have a clear internal communication strategy to help and train its people to have enthusiasm and energy to deal with customer, supplier, regulator, the media and each other.
So internal communication is a useful management tool to companies to grow.
in addition, when communication flow is good inside the company more ideas are generated and more creative approaches are discovered.

My company wants to move me into the HR position (very samll company, only 15 or so employees). I got my BS in BA 3 years ago. They are willing to pay for me to go back and get a certification in HR training, but not for me to go back to get a degree (becuase of cost). But in the long run, am I better off going to get my degree to further my career in HR or is the certification enough? If I was to go back to get a degree does anyone know how long it would possibly take, meaning would I have to go 4 years again?
You already have a bachelor’s in business administration, which is an adequate degree for human resources positions. So all you need now is the proper preparation to become certified.
Many companies that hire people for HR positions hire people with business degrees. And most companies prefer their HR professionals to be certified. It would be to your advantage to get the certification, even if you already have the job. (in case you later change jobs)
